Refund policy

 

If you have any issues or would like to return a product, please email us at hello@ecolinen.com and our team will happily work with you to resolve the matter promptly and professionally. We are extremely proud of our products and unconditionally stand behind their quality. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept the return and/or exchange of any of our products (excluding pillows and quilts) for most reasons within 90 days of its original purchase.

Refunds for returns are provided back through the original payment method upon receipt of the returned product. Where the product is returned due to a fault in the product we will replace the product free of charge or provide a full refund. Where the product is returned for any other reason we will provide a refund, minus shipping and handling charges.
