Factory/chemical smell

Fits well but had a really strong unpleasant chemical/factory smell when I opened the packaging. The smell put me off a bit as I bought this product to avoid chemicals in fabric.

I was scared the smell wouldn't go away after washing but it did, thank goodness. Fits well and is working out nicely now :)

Very nice mattress protector 😍

I have recently purchased an Organic Cotton Quilted Mattress Protector. It is very comfortable. I was not sure I would like the elastic corners, however, they seem to work well and there is less bulk in the washing machine. It was necessary to wash the mattress protector before use (as recommended) because it had a fairly intense smell. Washing caused some shrinkage (expected with natural cotton). A high-quality product. Thank you, ecoLinen!
